DOT Tanker by infront models
I bought one of these Infront kits of their DOT tanker, when I bought it I opened it had a look inside the box looked at the instructions and quickly put it back in the box . I wasn't really what I was hoping for as a kit, way too much work I thought. That was 2 years ago I suppose ,well now that it getting cold I thought id have a go at building it. Well here goes
Here are most of the parts for the kit including the jigs ,now to find a bit more info and pics of the prototype in service.

Bloodly Windows 8 . I wasn't much of a photographer back then .I had to bludge my Mums camera the old Kodak instamatic. Imagine having a Digital camera back then. 3rd photos for you Bill!!

7320
Auscision brought out their 73 class DC friendly certainly not DCC ready. I very nice loco one I only decided to buy 3 weeks ago and the only Tuscan one left was 7320 .Im not really keen on the L7 plate on the nose ,I might replace it with a chrome NSWGR plate. There is a picture of 7320 shunting at Central station ,Southern Aurora cars back to Acdep I suppose. Anyway I have fitted a TCS M$ decoder to it and wasted 4 hours tring to figure out the wiring light board. As it is atm the only way to change the markers from red to white is to change the polarity ,you cannot do that on DCC. I will proberly just have the red markers on or off. Headlight and number boards on the same function and a cab light. I took it down to the train club and it runs very slow at 28 speed steps as its a shunting loco i suppose..I really enjoyed shunting with the 73 something I havent done before, normally running mainline stuff. It actually rekindled interest in the hobby. Here are some pictures.on the clubs layout

BRM T class VR Blue and Gold
Here is T323 a BRM loco purchased for $150 at the last Liverpool Sydney exibition from Auscision Stand on their 2nds table.I plonked it on my layout using a DC controller and off it went forwards and backwards with lights on. Im not really sure what was wrong with it as to why it was for sale as a 2nd. The loco is factory weathered yuk! ive been looking around for decent pics of Ts with mimimal dirt on it as to run on my layout it will be on a delivery run with is VR bogies in tow. A little bit of help would be appriciated as to what type of bogies it left Sydney with and if the bogies on the model are its VR bogies.
